Informativa ai sensi del Decreto Legislativo 196/2003 PRIVACY POLICY Notice as per Legislative Decree n.196/2003 Events organised by ITER can be attended for free or with fee but in any case registration is mandatory.
The Data Controller is ITER’s legal representative or a delegate. Those concerned may ask at any time what is stated by the Legislative Decree n.196/2003, by directing a written request to the address: ITER srl, Responsabile Trattamento Dati, via F.lli Bressan n.14, 20126 Milano, Italy.
PERSONAL DATA MANAGEMENT BY ITER SRL Premise The Italian Constitution, according to the article n.4, grants the right to work and therefore to promote one’s own business.
ITER collects and processes names of Companies and Institutions (hereinafter referred to only as Companies) in order to promote its initiatives and services, some of which are developed in cooperation with Partners and Sponsors.
Personal data of private individuals ITER only operates in the B2B sector but occasionally private individuals as well may receive emails, faxes or issues promoted by ITER.
However, as soon as demanded – see “Data Controller” – ITER will immediately cease sending material and will freeze or delete the data, according to what requested. Personal data of Companies Whereas the Company Register is public and the European Directive is only addressed to natural persons and not to the corporate sector, ITER sends newsletters and paper or electronic publications, which are duly enrolled in the Press Register.
If the company does not wish to receive a specific type of communication (e.g. no fax) or any kind of communication (delete me), it is sufficient to notify the Data Controller and ITER will comply with the request as soon as possible. Participating in free events The participation in free events organised by ITER is conditional upon the registration of the Company or Institution and of its Delegate (one or more persons) hereinafter referred to as Member. Participation will not be allowed for those who will note provide these data.
The Member obviously has all the rights provided for in the Legislative Decree n.196/2003. See “Data Controller”. Participating in seminars and events with fee Companies and Members’ data are necessary to put the service into practice.
Taking this into account, the Member still has all the rights provided for in the Legislative Decree n.196/2003. Customarily there is no disclosure of data to third parties without explicit notice in the registration form. Organisation Office If the Company acts as organisation office for third parties, the applicable regulations are those of the Orderer and, in any case, will be indicated in the registration form.
